We do not maintain mass-produced warehouse stockpiles. Every apparel piece, home decor asset, or accessory is constructed individually as a custom item, localized directly to your order specifications following explicit electronic checkout authorization.

We have made every possible effort to display the visual textures, graphic placements, and exact color palettes of our collections as accurately as possible on screen. However, because digital displays, hardware configurations, and contrast settings vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s rendering of any fabric hue or design element will perfectly mirror the physical unit upon delivery.

All descriptions of items and product pricing are subject to immediate adjustment at our sole discretion without prior notice. We reserve the absolute right to limit the quantities or distribution profiles of any item or collection offered to any individual person, geographical region, or sovereign jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

The receipt of an electronic checkout confirmation does not constitute our final legal acceptance of an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or freeze your transaction for any reason at our sole discretion.

Our services, including but not limited to all custom textile patterns, graphical prints, structural branding, website layouts, typography, audio-visual assets, and product images associated with Favrion, Favrion EPEC, and Illanoir, are the exclusive intellectual property of our company. These assets are fully protected under global copyright, trademark, and international industrial design laws.

These Terms grant you a strictly limited, non-commercial license to browse our catalogs and purchase individual pieces for personal use only. You are completely prohibited from replicating, distributing, modifying, extracting, or reverse-engineering any design matrix, print layout, or brand asset found on this platform for commercial resale, reproduction, or export without our express, written corporate consent. All rights not explicitly granted inside these Terms remain completely reserved.

Your submission of personal information through our online store is governed strictly by our private data policies. You understand that your general interaction data (excluding secure credit card channels) may be transferred unencrypted across regional networks to facilitate server updates and catalog synchronization. Credit card data, payment keys, and payment credentials are automatically encrypted using secure socket layers (SSL/TLS) during full transmission over network paths to guarantee maximum transaction safety.
